The present invention relates to a sintering binder for utilizing a fine powdered magnetite iron ore, and a method for manufacturing a sintered ore using the binder and the fine powdered magnetite iron ore and more specifically, to a sintered liquid binder and a power binder, and a mixed binder where the sintered liquid binder and the power binder are mixed which are capable of utilizing a fine powdered magnetite iron ore, and a method for manufacturing a sintered ore pellet comprising: a step for mixing sludge, a processing dust, a fine powdered ore which consists of a limonite ore (Hematites; Fe2O3) with a fine powdered magnetite iron ore which consists of a magnetic iron ore (Magnetite-based; Fe3O4); and a step for granulating a pellet by making the combination react with the liquid or powder binder. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a sintered ore pellet is capable of reducing a sintering basic unit due to inexpensive material usage; and reducing sintering coke usage, improving sintering productivity, and improving air permeability of a bed in a sintering process due to early-strength development of a molding pellet.
