PURPOSE: A rotation apparatus for a teaching tool and a vortex apparatus using the same are provided to prevent malfunction due to the leakage of a power supply means and to solve a trouble of utilization due to the frequent replace of a sealing device. CONSTITUTION: Housing(10) has a partition wall(13) in inside. A motor(20) is accepted in one side of the partition wall. A first multi-directional magnet(30) is settled in a seating member(35) and is installed to a rotary shaft(25) of the motor. A second multi-directional magnet(40) is accepted in a receiving part(15) of the other side of the partition wall. A power supply means provides rotation power to the motor. A propeller is rotated when the second multi-directional magnet is rotated by the first multi-directional magnet. A supporting member prevents the second multi-directional magnet and the propeller to be detached.
