PURPOSE: A granular powder pack cosmetic composition for manufacturing a slush type wash-off pack is provided to easily form a slush shape without aggregation of granules and to ensure excellent moisturizing, skin sedation, and cooling effects. CONSTITUTION: A granular powder pack cosmetic composition for manufacturing a slush type wash-off pack contains: 30-70 wt% of sorbitol or sugar alcohols; 20-50 wt% of sodium carboxymethyl starch, starch, or starch derivatives; and 0.1-10 wt% of a surfactant. The cosmetic composition additionally contains 0.1-20 wt% of mica, synthetic mica, talc, sericite, or minerals. The starch derivatives are sodium methylcarboxy starch, hydroxypropyl starch, starch ester, or crosslinked starch. The wash-off pack is manufactured by mixing the cosmetic composition with water, one or more kinds of fruit or vegetable juice, or tea such as green tea or earl grey.
