The present invention relates to work gloves for preventing finger stricture accidents. The gloves are knitted to form a cut-out part (40) by placing multiple rows of elastic yarn (20) during the knitting process of yarn (10). The elastic yarn (20) of the cut-out part (40) maintains the same pattern and density as the yarn (10). Therefore, the work gloves does not interrupt work since they are not cut due to elasticity during work, and improve convenience of work, economical efficiency, and safety by being cut when tensile strength is over a predetermined level when an accident occurs.
