Disclosed in the present invention are a simulated shooting device for checking the continuous shooting function of a 40 mm naval gun and a method thereof which can check shooting control performance in advance by checking the continuous shooting function of a naval gun prior to real shooting through controlling a signal actuated by interlocking with the naval gun. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the simulated shooting device includes: a shooting simulator which releases the interlocking of the naval gun system; and a connection terminal box which transmits electric signals between the shooting simulator and the naval gun system. The shooting simulator comprises: a power connecting unit which is connected with an external power supply; a power converting device which converts an external power inputted from the power connecting unit into a control power; and a signal control board which generates a pulse signal for releasing the interlocking of the naval gun system. The disclosed simulated shooting device also includes a cable which is installed between the naval gun system and the connection terminal box in order to connect the naval gun system with the connection terminal box and to transmit an electric signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
