PURPOSE: A nanoparticle molecular sieve having strong electric charge, bioconjugation using thereof, and a self-assembly method are provided to maintain stable dispersion state in wide range of pH and at high salt concentration. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle molecular sieve forms strong electric charge on the surface. A molecular sieve of steel ion is combined with the surface of the nano particle. The steel ion maintains pH within a range of 3-14. The steel ion is -sulfonate, -quaternary ammonium, or -phosphonate group. A manufacturing method of the nanoparticle comprises the following steps: reacting the nano particle with the molecular sieves for steel ion; and manufacturing the nano particles which the steel ion is formed on surface. The molecular sieve for steel ion uses a functional group which is selected from -SH, -dithiol, -NH2, -NH, -imidazole, -P=O, -P, -PO3H, -COOH, -OH, -diol, -CS2 and -PS2. The bioconjugation nano particle comprises a functional group which can unite with carboxyl group or primary amine group.
