The present invention relates to tactics telephone device capable of connecting a call using an E1 multiplexing link and a method for controlling the same. A tactics telephone device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a user matching unit formed to receive information for a plurality of opponent devices which a voice call is to be connected to; a line matching unit for transmitting information about the plurality of opponent devices to connect a call simultaneously with the plurality of opponent devices with an external switch, multiplexing a voice signal which is to be outputted to the plurality of opponent devices in response to the connection of the call with the plurality of devices using an E1 multiplexing link and demultiplexing a voice signal inputted from the plurality of opponent devices; and a voice input/output unit formed to output the demultiplexed voice signal to a user through a speaker.
