PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing solid fuel using paper sludge and domestic waste is provided to prevent environmental contamination by reducing waste, increasing the resource recycling efficiency by recycling the waste and reducing the production costs using the raw materials with a low unit cost.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of solid fuel comprises the following steps: filling dehydrated paper sludge and wastes in a vacuum state anoxic incinerator so that the percentage of water content becomes 80-90%; (S100) forming carbonized ash by heating at 250-450°C from the outside of the incinerator and vacuum incinerating the same; (S200) pulverizing the carbonized ash; (S300) manufacturing a liquefied coagulant by putting one of carboxymethyl cellulose and kelp or vegetable gelatin into water and heating the same; (S400) mixing 1-1.5L of coagulant per 5kg of carbonized ash powder and condensing the carbonized ash; (S500) putting the coagulated carbonized ash and compress molding with a pressure of 150-300 tons; (S600) and taking out the molded solid fuel and completely removing the moisture by blowing 200-300°C of hot wind for 15-30 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S100) Step of forming carbonized ash; (S200) Step of pulverizing the carbonized ash; (S300) Step of manufacturing a coagulant; (S400) Step of coagulating the carbonized ash; (S500) Step of compression molding; (S600) Step of drying
