The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing organic solar cells using a PEDOT:PSS thin film in which acetone is added to manufacture high efficiency organic solar cells as a hole transport layer. An existing organic solar cell uses a mixture of P3HT and PCBM as a photoactive layer and manufactures the organic solar cell by using a PEDOT:PSS as the hole transport layer. However, electrons and positive holes generated in the photoactive layer causes the loss of photoconversion efficiency caused by low mobility of thin films. The present invention is capable of increasing the mobility of the positive hole generated in the photoactive layer by increasing the conductivity of the thin films as resistance is reduced by adding a solvent of the acetonein to the PEDOT:PSS. Furthermore, the loss of the hole transport layer can be reduced by using the method so that photoconversion efficiency of the organic solar cells can be increased.
