The present invention provides organic-inorganic hybrid resins comprising 100 parts by weight of an inorganic resin; 20 to 140 parts by weight of an organic resin; and 20 to 100 parts by weight of alcohol as a solvent, wherein the inorganic resin is acquired by partially hydrolyzing one or more among colloidal alumina and colloidal silica using a metal alkoxide so that a hydroxyl group can remain, and wherein the organic resin is acquired by partially hydrolyzing a metal alkoxide so that a hydroxyl group can remain, and hydrolyzing a product with a polyol phosphate ester compound.
