SELF-OPENING TYPE DOOR LOCK EQUIPPED WITH SHAPE MEMORY ELASTIC BODY AND SAFETY DOOR HAVING THE DOOR LOCK

The present invention relates to a self-opening door lock equipped with a shape memory elastomer, and a safety door including the same. The self-opening door lock comprises a case embedded in a door; a pulling member installed within the case and rectilinearly moving within the case; a fixing plate fixed within the case; a latch bolt inserted into the case by the pulling member pulling, or inserted into a hooking groove by protruding toward the outside of the case in the state of being supported by the fixing plate; a support spring installed between the latch bolt and the fixing plate, and elastically supporting the latch bolt toward the outside of the case; and a shape memory elastomer installed within the case, contracting and pulling the latch bolt into the inside of the case to separate from the hooking groove when the neighboring temperature rises to a set temperature or higher, and having one end fixed to the latch bolt and the other end fixed to the fixing plate. The self-opening door lock equipped with a shape memory elastomer and the safety door including the same of the present invention are manufactured at a low cost due to a simple structure and a simple operation, and especially use no electricity, which enables to be normally operated in any extreme conditions, and, therefore, to minimize loss of life in fire due to a high reliability.
