GRAIN DRIER USING SYNTHESIS GAS OF CARBONIZATION SYSTEM FOR RICE HUSKS

PURPOSE: A grain dryer is provided to utilize synthetic gas and to substitute for an oil burner. CONSTITUTION: A grain dryer includes a carbonization furnace (10), a smokeless furnace (30), a hot air pipe (40), a temperature controller (50), a drying tank (60), and a turbo cleaner (70). The carbonization furnace thermally decomposes rice hulls and produces rice hull charcoal. The smokeless furnace is provided with synthetic gas ejected from a furnace and competently burns the synthetic gas. The hot air pipe discharges high temperature hot air from the furnace. The temperature controller controls the temperature of the hot air. The drying tank is provided with hot air from the hot air pipe and stores crops. The turbo cleaner ventilates hot air supplied from the drying tank and collects dust.
