Method of manufacturing graphene-graphene fusion compounds and method of manufacturing graphene-substrate composites using the graphene-graphene fusion compounds
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a nano graphene-graphene fused body is provided to connect graphene and graphene through a simple process, thereby manufacturing a graphene-graphene fused body with an excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, gas barrier etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a nano graphene-graphene fused body comprises: a step which forms nano graphene-metal fused bodies consisting of nano graphene and nano metal (S100); and a step which connects multiple nano graphene-metal fused bodies with the fusion bonding of the nano metal by heat-treating the multiple nano graphene-metal fused bodies and forms a graphene-graphene fused body. The nano graphene-metal fused body is formed by coating or combining the surface of the nano graphene with nano metal particles.
