Fabrication of silver nanoparticle embedded cationic polymer nanofibers

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cationic polymer nano fiber containing silver nano particles is provided to contain silver particles in cationic polymer nano fiber by manufacturing the silver nano particles and cationic polymer nano fiber at the same time with a process without a pre-process of silver nano particles or multiple additional stages. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cationic polymer nano fiber comprises the steps of: (i) melting silver ions by a strong magnetic mixing; (ii) inducting reduction of the silver ions by putting a radical initiator in the aqueous solution; (iii) polymerizing a monomer on the surface of the silver nano particles by introducing the monomer in the aqueous solution; and (iv) collecting cationic polymer nano fiber containing siver nano particles from the polymeric composition.
