According to the present invention, a high protection performance against low-frequency electromagnetic fields as well as electric fields, excellent adhesion between the base aluminum panel and the metal coating layer, and excellent electromagnetic coupling at connection portion between aluminum panels for electromagnetic pulse protection can be achieved. Additionally, it is possible to provide an aluminum panel with excellent electromagnetic pulse protection performance and a light weight, thereby enabling effective production of a composite panel for electromagnetic pulse protection, which is applied to a military mobile communication shelter.
