BRCA1 Haplotype Markers Associated with Survival of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patient and Used Thereof

PURPOSE: A kit and method for predicting life time of a patient with non-squamous cell lung cancer are provided to effectively and simply predict life time. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting life time of a patient with non-squamous cell lung cancer has a hyplotype containing 8-100 serial nucleotide sequences with single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) placed at 101th nucleotide of sequence number 1 or complementary nucleotide sequence thereof; 8-100 serial nucleotide sequences with SNP placed at 101th nucleotide of sequence number 2 or complementary nucleotide sequence thereof; 8-100 serial nucleotide sequences with SNP placed at 101th nucleotide of sequence number 3 or complementary nucleotide sequence thereof; and 8-100 serial nucleotide sequences with SNP placed at 101th nucleotide of sequence number 4 or complementary nucleotide sequence thereof.
