Provided is a back pressure measuring device for an exhaust reducing filter which includes: a blower which blows air of a predetermined volume by measuring back pressure before and after cleaning, based on a reference volume of the flow, to obtain a more reasonable and reliable test result about a cleaning condition; a supplying pipe which is installed on a side of an outlet of the blower; a connector which is installed at the end of the supplying pipe and connects the supplying pipe and an exhaust reducing filter; a flow meter which is installed on one side of the supplying pipe and measures a volume of the flow supplied to the exhaust reducing filter; and a pressure gage which is installed on one side of the supplying pipe and measures back pressure on the exhaust reducing filter.
