The present invention relates to a medium transfer guide and a financial device. The medium transfer guide according to an embodiment of the invention includes a body part including a top surface part forming the surface of a transfer path for a medium and a bottom surface part in the opposite side to the top surface part; a first and second part placed on the top surface part and penetrating light; and a reflective part in the bottom surface part of the body part. The reflective part reflects light penetrated from the first part to make the light penetrate through the second part. The body part and the reflective part are integrated with each other. According to the invention, it is possible to prevent an optical sensor from inaccurately sensing due to an assembly allowance or manufacture allowance. In addition, the structure of a sensing unit for the transfer of a note is simple so that time for assembly processes and manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, space efficiency can be increased by reducing the number of components.
