The present invention relates to a mountain ski made of bamboo, which is characterized by comprising a base part on which a shoe is placed and a downhill guide part for guiding downhill and a direction of the base part, wherein the base part includes a placement recess in which the shoe is placed and a shoe support part, and binding holes to which binding strings are coupled are disposed at the front and rear sides of the shoe support part such that the shoe is coupled to the shoe support part by the binding strings. The mountain ski can be easily made by an ordinary user, and the whole length thereof is short and is thus easy to carry and store. In addition, the mountain ski can be used not only in the ski resort but also in a narrow area of a general mountain or hill. In addition, since the mountain ski is formed of bamboo that is an eco-friendly material, the mountain ski can be discarded without polluting the environment.
