The present invention relates to an electrostatic type powder coating device and a dielectric powder coating method for a laminated ceramic capacitor. It includes a pair of support pipes (20) installed on the top of a base member (10) and facing each other at a distance; a pair of linear transfer tools (30) installed on a side of each support pipe (20); a reaction chamber (40) connected through a connection member (21) to the upper side of the support pipe (20); a receiving cover (50) receiving a dielectric ceramic composite (DP) while opening and closing the reaction chamber (40) by moving up and down with the linear transfer tools (30); a main injection pump (60) spraying ceramic powder (CP) into the reaction chamber (40) by being installed on the top of the reaction chamber (40); a plurality of sub injection pumps (70) spraying additional agent (AP) into the reaction chamber (40) by being arranged on a side of the reaction chamber (40) at regular intervals; and an electrostatic generating part (80) coating the surface of the ceramic powder (CP) with the additional agent (AP) using electrostatic force by charging the ceramic powder (CP) sprayed through the main injection pump (60) by being connected with the main injection pump (60).
