The present invention relates to a plate type nuclear fuel pellet, plate type nuclear fuel including the same, and a manufacturing method of the plate type nuclear fuel and, more specifically, to a plate type nuclear fuel pellet comprising a hole passing through the upper surface and the lower surface at the central part and plate type nuclear fuel comprising a nuclear fuel cladding lower plate; a nuclear fuel grid separating and fixing multiple plate type nuclear fuel pellets; the multiple plate type nuclear fuel pellets of the claim 1 inserted into the nuclear fuel grid; a support body passing through each hole of the plate type nuclear fuel pellets inside the nuclear fuel grid; and a nuclear fuel cladding upper plate covering the nuclear fuel grid, the support body, and the plate type nuclear fuel pellets. The plate type nuclear pellet according to the present invention increases the lifetime and degree of burnup of the plate type nuclear fuel by suppressing the deformation of cladding when nuclear fission gas is discharged. The plate type nuclear fuel including the support body improves the safety by forming a heat transfer path at the central part and reducing the internal temperature and the amount of nuclear fission gas emission.
