The present invention relates to a fixed jig for plate-type nuclear fuel testing and a plate-type nuclear fuel testing method. The fixed jig for plate-type nuclear fuel testing comprises: a pair of bases spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the plate-type nuclear fuel; a pair of clamping portions disposed on an upper portion of each of the bases and including a first grip and a second grip; a pair of first supporting portions extending from the first and second grips of one clamping portion of the pair of clamping portions to the first and second grips of the other clamping portion in the direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate-type nuclear fuel; and a plate-type nuclear fuel surface damage prevention portion disposed on the first supporting portion. The plate-type nuclear fuel testing method includes a step of inserting the plate-type nuclear fuel, in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface, between the first grip and the second grip of the pair of clamping portions of the fixed jig for plate-type nuclear fuel testing. Thus, all testing items proceed at once without moving or rotating a product.
