PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a porous biodegradable polymer supporter by using a supercritical fluid-organic solvent system is provided to be used to manufacture a porous supporter at a body temperature or below, thereby facilitating the introduction of bioactive substances and the connection between pore spaces. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous biodegradable polymer supporter comprises the following steps: putting a biodegradable polymer and an organic solvent into a mold, putting the biodegradable polymer and the organic solvent into a high pressure reactor, and then heating the reactor at a room temperature of 75C; injecting carbon dioxide so that the temperature inside the reactor is 70-700 bar and maintaining the inside pressure so that the injected carbon dioxide permeates inside the polymer in the state of a supercritical fluid; and lowering the inside pressure to an atmospheric pressure by discharging the carbon dioxide inside the reactor.
