PURPOSE: A method for detecting cell-free fetal nucleic acids in blood from a pregnant woman is provided to safely and accurately detect the fetal nucleic acids in blood, to analyze fetal genes, and to early detect and treat fetal diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting fetal nucleic acids in blood from a pregnant woman comprises: a step of collecting the blood from the pregnant woman; a step of preparing cDNA using a reverse transcription primer; and a step of performing PCR of the cDNA using a primer set.
