Disclosed are an impeller for an agitator and an agitator for water treatment using the same, wherein the impeller for an agitator enhances agitation efficiency by simultaneously agitating waste water and calcium hydroxide and floating calcium hydroxide by scraping off calcium hydroxide deposited in an agitation tank. The impeller for an agitator and an agitator for water treatment using the same can enhance water treatment efficiency by simultaneously agitating waste water and calcium hydroxide to neutralize waste water by pouring calcium hydroxide into the agitation tank filled with waste water and floating calcium hydroxide by scraping off calcium hydroxide deposited in the agitation tank.
