A device for measuring the moving speed and impact load of subaerial and subaqueous landslides according to the present invention comprises: an inclined plume; multiple height-adjustable blocks inserted in mounting grooves, which are formed on the bottom surface and both side surfaces of the plume, to be arranged in parallel with the lateral and longitudinal directions of the plume, and having load cells respectively arranged on the top to measure internal impact force; multiple vertical support pipes connected to the height-adjustable blocks while penetrating the bottom surface of the plume, and draining water to the upper part of the height-adjustable blocks; and a water tank connected to the vertical support pipes to supply the water to the vertical support pipes. The vertical support pipes vary the height of the width and height-adjustable blocks while moving in the vertical direction of the plume; thereby forming various types of passages capable of reproducing hydroplaning on a part of the plume.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
