The present invention relates to a safety management system consisting of a safety management device, of which one side is connected to a PC and the other side has a USB memory mounted thereon, and a smartphone capable of Bluetooth communication with the safety management device. The safety management device according to the present invention includes: a PC connector which is provided in one end and connected to a PC; a controller performing a Bluetooth communication function, a bypass function, an alarm function and a backup function; and a USB connector which is provided in the other end and has a USB memory mounted thereon. The controller is driven by receiving power from the PC connector, and performs wireless communication with the smartphone and the USB memory mounted on the USB memory connector. By including the safety management device, it is possible to use various USB memories, prevent data leakage of the USB memory through the bypass processing of pairing of the smartphones and the safety management device, back up data stored in the smartphone on the USB memory, and prevent the loss of the USB memory by means of the alarm function.
