The present invention provides a temporary upper bridge for constructing a traverse structure of a railroad which includes a plurality of support piles fixed on both sides of a construction section where the traverse structure in the lower part of the railroad is constructed by being individually driven into the ground in order to reduce impact and vibration and has excellent insulation properties; a pair of longitudinal girders supported on the upper end of the support piles and installed in the longitudinal direction of the railroad on both sides of the construction section; a plurality of traverse girders of which both ends are supported on the upper part of the longitudinal girder and which is installed in the longitudinal direction of the railroad at a fixed interval by crossing the lower part of the railroad; and a plurality of rail connection units individually integrally connecting the railroad to the traverse girder.
