The present invention relates to a cookie premix composition containing Rubus coreanus fruit and a production method of the composition, more specifically the cookie premix composition containing Rubus coreanus fruit and the production method of the composition which contains 0.1-10 wt% of Rubus coreanus fruit powder, 30-40 wt% of saccharide 3-7 wt% of nonfat dry milk, 0.5-2 wt% of baking powder, 0.1-0.5 wt% of glucono--lactone, 0.5-2 wt% of salt, 3-10 wt% of shortening, 0.1-5 wt% of edible fat, 0.1-2 wt% of emulsifier, and the balance of strong flour.
