The present invention relates to an one-pack type heating asphalt-based sealant for improving the durability of a pavement and a civil structure, and a construction method using the same and, more specifically, to an one-pack type heating asphalt-basted sealant for improving the durability of a pavement and a civil structure, which comprises 40-70 wt% of modified asphalt modified with a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 3-10 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), 1-10 wt% of a softener, 0.5-3.0 wt% of an adhesion promotor; 0.5-3.0 wt% of a UV stabilizer, 0.5-5.0 wt% of a density depressant, 5-10 wt% of a rubber powder, and 5-20 wt% of a fine reinforcement to have excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, adhesive, low-temperature flexibility, and temperature sensitivity, and a construction method using the same. The asphalt-based sealant is installed on a fracture of a pavement and a joint of a civil structure and blocks a toxic material to lengthen the life and obtain the adhesive and workability at not high temperature by the density depressant and the functional adhesion promoter to enable vehicle traffic immediately after construction to reduce the repairing times and costs, and protects the environment by recycling a rubber powder of a waste tire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
