Disclosed is a unidirectional stretching method for inducing and producing a safety diaphragm with a microporous composite structure. The method is implemented through the following steps: (1) performing surface pretreatment on nano alumina in tetraisopropyldisiloxane titanate; (2) adding the pretreated nano alumina in the amount being 0.5 to 2.5 percent of the mass of a polymer, uniformly mixing, adding an inducer, fusing raw materials, and manufacturing a base film by extension-flowing; (3) stretching the base film under the conditions of the temperature ranging from 10°C to 155°C, the stretching speed ranging from 0.1 m/min to 30 m/min and the stretching ratio ranging from 1 to 4 to form a microporous structure; and (4) stretching the microporous film according to the stretching ratio ranging from 0.5 to 1.5, shaping the film at the temperature ranging from 70°C to 165°C, and forming a polyolefin microporous film product. By means of the present invention, the wettability of the diaphragm is improved, so that the safety of the diaphragm is improved.
