The present invention relates to a method of obtaining a liquid wild ginseng extract having the increased active component content and a wild ginseng having the improved storing properties to be stored for a long time at the same time. The method for obtaining a liquid wild ginseng extract and a wild ginseng at the same time according to the present invention comprises the steps of: pressing a wild ginseng vacuum packed with water by 200-400 Mpa for 7-13 minutes; pressing the treated wild ginseng by 0.05-1.50 Mpa for 3-7 minutes to obtain a wild ginseng processed product; and separating a liquid wild ginseng extract and the wild ginseng from the wild ginseng processed product.
