A power supply device of a sensor network is disclosed. The power supply device comprises a conductive unit and a harvesting circuit unit. The conductive unit surrounds the outer side of a power line in order to have a predetermined size of the power line. The harvesting circuit unit rectifies the voltage generated by the stray capacitance generated between the conductive units, and stores the voltage.
