An artificial granite grass vegetation block according to the present invention comprises: a mixture including bottom ash for supplying organic substances to earth, a strength enhancer mixed at a predetermined ratio to increase durability, and a coupling agent for coupling the bottom ash and the strength enhancer; and an inorganic binder mixed with the mixture while chemically reacting with the coupling agent when in contact with the coupling agent. A method for manufacturing an artificial granite grass vegetation block according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing a mixture including bottom ash with an inorganic binder; putting a binding agent of the mixture and the inorganic binder into a mixer; compressing the binding agent; heating the compressed binding agent using a firing device; and cooling the heated binding agent and curing the cooled binding agent. A method for constructing an artificial granite grass vegetation block according to the present invention comprises the steps of: casting a foundation using rubble or concrete; constructing multiple blocks including a binding agent obtained by coupling a mixture including bottom ash with an inorganic binder; casting backfilling rubble; checking the position of the blocks; and casting crown concrete.
