Disclosed is an unattended building environment monitoring integrated management system capable of providing information regarding a fire to residents and visitors of a building on the internet using fire detection data which is provided from an automatic fire alarm facility installed in the building of a certain scale. The present invention provides an integrated control system including an integrated control server comprising; a communication module which is connected to the automatic fire alarm facility installed in the building through a wire-wireless network and receives the fire detection data provided from the automatic fire alarm facility; and a control module which analyzes the fire detection data by receiving the fire detection data from the communication module and extracts fire information and transmits the fire information to a firefighting application through the communication module which is connected to the wire-wireless network. According to the present invention, the automatic fire alarm facility which is pre-installed in the building can be used, and a fire generating position and an escape route are displayed in a terminal of residents and visitors of the building when a fire breaks out. Therefore, the present invention can help a safety escape of the residents and visitors from the building.
