A system and a method for wire communication using a mobile terminal and a wire communication relay apparatus thereof are provided to assign a phone number of wired telephone, which is allocated to a specific region to which a subscriber belongs, to a mobile terminal and enable an incoming call through the phone number by using the mobile communication terminal. A relay device(12) for wired communication is installed at a residence(10), and mobile terminals(14,16) is able to perform wired communication call through the relay device. An internet phone(18) is able to perform the wired internet communication with each mobile communication terminal at the residence. A wired phone(20) performs the wired call communication with each mobile communication terminal at the residence. Another mobile terminal(22) communicates with those mobile terminals wirelessly.
