Disclosed is a standby power cut-off apparatus with excellent energy saving effects which can minimize standby power consumption by automatically interrupting standby power. The standby power cut-off apparatus with excellent energy saving effects comprises: a current-positive voltage regulator having a switch for supplying or interrupting a constant current to a load side; a micro-current flow sensing sensor sensing the current supplied to the load side through the current positive voltage on/off controller; a current positive voltage on/off controller turning on or off the switch of the current positive voltage regulator by determining whether the current supplied to the load side is standby current based on a current value outputted from the micro-current flow sensing sensor; a minimum voltage converter electrically connected to the current positive voltage regulator and applying a minimum voltage to the load side while being turned on or off by the current positive voltage controller, wherein the current positive voltage on/off controller includes a power input unit for receiving power, a sensor sensing controller detecting the current value outputted from the micro-current flow sensing sensor, and a current on/off controller supplying or interrupting the power supplied from the power input unit to the current positive voltage on/off controller in response to a signal of the detection from the sensor sensing controller.
