The present invention relates to a method for scraping a web screen in a mobile device and a mobile device for providing web screen scraping. The method comprises the steps of: generating a script for accessing a web server and extracting and bring required information from a webpage; allowing a web browser operating on an operating system (OS) embedded in a mobile device to execute the script; and displaying information extracted as the script execution result on a user interface screen of the mobile device. According to the present invention, a mobile device, in which various OSs can be embedded, can execute scrapping using a web browser operating on each of the OSs, thereby easily performing a scrapping function for equally bring desired information by using one source, without realizing a scrapping function for each OS.
