Method for preparing the extract fortified with chalcones from by-product of Angelica keiskei juice

PURPOSE: A producing method of an extract containing high content of chalcone from a by-product of angelica keiskei juice is provided to extract angelica keiskei residues with alcohol. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an extract containing high content of chalcone from a by-product of angelica keiskei juice comprises the following steps: extracting angelica keiskei residues with a solvent selected from alcohol with 1~6carbons, water, or their mixture; condensing the obtained liquid, for obtaining water-insoluble precipitates; drying the water-insoluble precipitates; and dissolving the dried water-insoluble precipitates, and removing water-soluble components.
