The present invention relates to a power regulator capable of distributing peak power and a peak power distribution method using the same. According to the present invention, since each power regulator connected to a main power receiver is synchronized at a different point of time, it is possible to reduce the power peak value overlapping at the same point of time in the main power receiver, reduce the electrical cost by reducing the power peak value of the main power receiver, and improve the stability of a facility. Also, according to the present invention, as the power peak value overlapping at the same point of time can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the total power receiving capacity of the main power receiver, reduce the capacity of an electric facility following the reduction of the power receiving capacity, and accordingly reduce installation costs.
