An organic solar cell according to the present invention comprises a lower electrode layer, a hole transport layer, an active layer, and an upper electrode layer. The organic solar having an improved efficiency of a solar cell, improved economics due to a low manufacturing coast, high electrical conductivity, and device stability can be provided by applying a hole transporting material including UV-ozone-treated graphene to the organic solar cell.
