An emergency alarm apparatus for determining a recipient according to an emergency level, a service server, and a method therefor are provided. A mobile terminal according to the present invention comprises: an emergency level calculation unit for calculating an emergency level on the basis of one or more sensor measurement values; a recipient group storage unit for storing information on a recipient group corresponding to the respective emergency level; and a communication unit for transmitting an emergency alarm message to at least a part of members of the recipient group corresponding to the emergency level.
