The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a high-performance heat transfer serrated fin tube, including a first transfer unit automatically processing a plurality of heat transfer serrated fin tubes to be cut having a given size; an input carriage accurately moving the heat transfer serrated fin tubes transferred from the first transfer unit to a plurality of cutting motors; a plurality of cutting motors cutting a fin portion of the heat transfer serrated fin tubes inputted by the input carriage into 24 parts at high speed; an output carriage accurately capturing the heat transfer serrated fin tubes cut by the cutting motors to output the captured product to a second work table; and a second transfer unit automatically processing the heat transfer serrated fin tubes transferred from the output carriage. The fin tube to be cut can be automatically moved accurately to the cutting motor, and damage to heat transfer serrated fin tubes due to the cutting motor and in the process of automatically outputting cut heat transfer serrated fin tubes to the second work table can be prevented. Also, the safety and the convenience of a worker can be improved from sharp heat transfer serrated fin tubes which are divided and cut in the longitudinal direction of the tubes.
