A water level measurement device using ultrasonic waves comprises multiple detectors (6) for transmitting and receiving the ultrasonic waves of a set frequency band according to water level measurement distances. The detectors (6) are composed of a water level detector (6a) for water level measurement and a flow rate detector (6b) for flow meter measurement. A converter (4) controls the detectors for channels (C1,C2...Cn), measures the water level using the transmitted and received ultrasonic waves while controlling the ultrasonic waves transmitted and received through the water level detector (6a), and measures the flow rate of a water passage (40) using the water level measured by the transmitted and received ultrasonic waves while controlling the ultrasonic waves transmitted and received through the flow rate detector (6b). The present invention can measure the water level and the flow rate by simultaneously controlling the water level detector and the flow rate detector through one converter (4); thereby reducing maintenance costs when the device is malfunctioned. The present invention reduces unnecessary noise from the received signal since the frequency band is narrowed using a digital filter method for changing the frequency band; thereby improving measurement accuracy.
