SLIM FLOOR PANEL FOR PARKING BUILDING AND FLOOR STRUCTURE USING THIS PANEL

The present invention relates to a slim type perforated floor panel for a parking lot and a floor structure using the same, which is used when a parking building is constructed. The floor panel includes a core member having corrugations formed in a longitudinal direction thereof and an upper steel plate welded on the top surface of the core member. The corrugations of the core member formed by bending a steel plate a plurality of times enhance the sectional performance of the floor panel, and in a case of filling a filling material into the corrugations, the stiffness with respect to the vibration of the floor panel is increased to reduce the floor height of the parking building. The core member of the floor panel has a locking groove formed on one end thereof and a locking protrusion formed on the other end thereof, and the locking protrusion of one floor panel is fitted to the locking groove of the adjacent floor panel thereto to fix the floor panels to each other. After that, the adjacent upper steel plates are welded to each other on facing portions thereof, and a caulking material is filled around the welded portion, thereby finishing the connection of the floor panels. Like this, the connection of the floor panels is simple to reduce the quantity of work on a construction site and to improve the quality of the construction.
