The present invention relates to: a method for predicting survival of a patient with lung cancer by identifying a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) which has a meaningful correlation with predicting survival of a patient whose lung is resected because of lung cancer; a composition for predicting survival of the patient whose lung is resected, including polynucleotides, polypeptides or cDNA thereof which can identify the SNP; and a microarray and a kit containing the same.
