The present invention relates to a high-performance concrete manufacturing apparatus and to a high-performance concrete manufacturing method for manufacturing high-performance concrete through air-mixing and air-dissipating processes performed on common concrete. According to the present invention, a large quantity of bubbles to be removed are mixed with a mixing material with the already mixed common concrete in forming the high-performance concrete so that a ball bearing effect of the bubbles is used to form mixed concrete in which the mixing material is uniformly dispersed and mixed in the common concrete. The present invention relates to a high-performance concrete manufacturing apparatus wherein a high-performance concrete, one in which air with a high pressure of at least five atmospheres is blown during a discharge of a mixed concrete to dissipate the excessive air contained in the mixed concrete, while a slump that has significantly increased due to the large quantity of bubbles is decreased to a slump range of a common concrete, is manufactured through a process of mixing air onto common concrete that is shotcrete and dissipated; and to a manufacturing method thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
