POLYESTER HOLLOW YARN WITH IMPROVED ACRYLIC, WOOL-LIKE TOUCH AND CRIMP PROPERTY AND PROCESS OF PREPARING SAME

The present invention relates to a polyester hollow yarn with improved acrylic, wool-like touch, and crispiness and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a spinneret is used to manufacture the polyester hollow yarn. A hole of the spinneret has an inner diameter of 0.8-1.5 mm and an outer diameter 0.2 mm larger than the inner diameter. The polyester hollow yarn with improved acrylic, wool-like touch, and crispiness is spun by a high speed spinning apparatus which includes a first godet roller (5) and a second godet roller (6) between an oil supplying device (oil supplying roller) (4) and a rolling winder (7). When the polyester hollow yarn is spun by the high speed spinning apparatus, the speed of the first godet roller (5) is 4,500-5,500 m/min; the speed of the second godet roller (6) is 5,000-6,000 m/min; and the speed of the rolling winder is 5,000-6,000 m/min. The polyester hollow yarn manufactured by the manufacturing method preferably has a hollow rate of 10-30%.
