Disclosed are a communication system comprising a prefilter to minimize multi-link interference in an indoor communication environment and a communication method thereof. A communication method of a communication system comprising at least one receiver receiving a signal and at least one transmitter transmitting a signal in a communication environment where multi links exist includes: a step in which the transmitter acquires multiple channel information by receiving and analyzing a reference signal transmitted from each receiver; a step in which the transmitter constitutes a time reversal prefilter reversing time of a channel using the channel information; a step in which the transmitter reduces link interference and symbol interference due to the multi link, and calculates a coefficient of the time reversal prefilter in order to increase a main peak power of a receiving signal and then combines the coefficient to the time reversal prefilter, and constitutes a multi-link time reversal (MLI-TR) filter combined with the coefficient as a pre prefilter; a step in which the transmitter preprocesses a signal to transmit through the MLI-TR filter and transmits the preprocessed signal to the receiver through one of a plurality of channels; and a step in which the receiver receives and recovers the preprocessed signal.
