A surgical microscope system for overlapping and outputting augmented reality images including photoacoustic tomography images on high magnification images according to the present invention comprises: a surgical microscope device which irradiates light on a object, receives the light reflected by means of the object in order to be enlarged, and generates and outputs high magnification surface images for the object; a PAT/PAM device which generates and outputs pulse lasers, broadband wavelength pulse lasers, continuous wave lasers, or pulse microwaves and is provided with photoacoustic signals so as to generate photoacoustic tomography image information; a PAT/PAM scanner unit which is disposed between an object lens of the surgical microscope device and the object, passes light from the surgical microscope device to transfer the light to the object, passes light reflected by means of the object to provide the light to the surgical microscope device, transfers the pulse lasers, broadband wavelength pulse lasers, continuous wave lasers, or pulse microwaves to the object, and obtains photoacoustic signals generated by means of the pulse lasers, broadband wavelength pulse lasers, continuous wave lasers, or pulse microwaves irradiated onto the object to provide the same to the PAT/PAM device; and a display unit which is disposed between an object lens of the surgical microscope device and the object, passes light from the surgical microscope device to transfer the light to the object, passes light reflected by means of the object to provide the light to the surgical microscope device, and generates beams according to the photoacoustic tomography image information in order to provide the beams to a light incident surface of the surgical microscope device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
